I read about the technology of ring signatures and more

or less understood how it works. But I can’t understand how the network (node?) determines who exactly should receive the coins. Example, I send coins to the user to wallet1, he told me his wallet and I indicated it in my Monero client. Next, this transaction is encrypted with a ring signature on my device with random public keys of other wallets and transmitted to the network (node?). How does a node understand who exactly needs to send coins?

There's a brief version of similar on the website, but the PDF is much more thorough. https://www.getmonero.org/resources/moneropedia/stealthaddress.html
