Usually because the best rates are at the large CEXes like Kraken but those guys enforce AML and KYC and SoF. If you never want to do KYC then it's gonna be impossible to use their liquidity

Indeed. But beats the -100% from shotgun KYC. One option is there is now quickex on OrangeFren.com and they let you check your funds before doing the exchange. So if they say your coins are clean there's no shotgun

So the rates differance happens because CEXes are more liquid rather than no kyc services which have their own liquidity?
