He marked his weekly video on his own time and was not part of his job, so he got paid $120k/year to be a part time event rep?

Seriously? That’s a huge salary for a video per week! That would be nice to earn on the side. Also strange a resignation gets refused to lay him off a bit later. How can a resignation even get refused? If you want to quit, you can just quit, right? What am I missing? Sounds all very fishy to me. No surprise the price keeps going down with all this action we can only guess the true reasoning behind it. Speculation kills price. Investors want transparency and a clear strategic plan.

The weekly video is an initiative of Brandon personally. In IT is 10k a month imo as a contractor reasonable, it is probably a bill were also VAT and other taxes should be paid over. Plus the risk that you can loose income when the contract is not extended. I’m concerned about who is going to do the communication and how regular this will be.

He 'offered' to resign, to my knowledge. That's a big difference to tendering your resignation. Even then, although resignation can't be refused it obviously can be retracted if both parties are in agreement. Nothing fishy at all. How much criticism came after that point?
