10 zcash from t to z then once in that z address the 10 zcash cannot be sent as 10 ever again, so you would have to send say 3 and 7?
Ideally you would like a coin control feature like some BTC wallet where you can lock some coins. Then release them after a given period of time. But the better obfuscation would be higher Zcash use/daily transaction. Unfortunately, if you look at the blocks generated, there are few shielded transactions and a lot of spam ones. (all those 48 output transactions which look like some attack to de-anonymize pools, maybe someone knows what they are)
By the way Ywallet has a coin control feature where you can exclude coins manually. So you could do the above although it is fully manual
