How?
Read these two messages: t.me/monero/1073582
“Rumor” dyor
So we are under risk because node can be malicious?
No, thats an easily avoidable issue. Read the next message about decoys, thats the real issue current being worked on.
I read it, as i said i thiught that message mean that if i use cex, and from cex send xmr, this transaction later can be tracked, is not this way? Or is a matter of time and if i use it a month later is on another block?
No. Each transaction is a transaction, it does not matter if your last transaction was a CEX withdrawal or whatever. What happens is that each transaction has 15 decoys alongside yours (so 16 TXOs). Your anonymity depends on how indistinguishable your TXO is from the decoys TXO (if someone takes a look at the transaction, he cannot tell which one is you, it is mixed). It is a probability-based attack because if your transaction uses a "recorded TXO" (a transaction that happened on a CEX) as a decoy, then it becomes clear that it is a decoy, and it can be discarded as a decoy in a traceability analysis. If that happens with all the 15 decoys of your transaction for example, then it becomes clear which TXO is yours (therefore traceable).
But this mean he can see the wallet right? Not the ip? How they get to ip?
