You don’t have capacity @WethWood this needs a ton of time. We need a dedicated person to drive this. We can all of course push and recycle it to create even new posts.
Actually I don't think we need world class marketing. It is expensive, and probably not fitting of the lean budget Frax is doing. Also, as Westwood says, do any other crypto project need it? I rather believe we only need someone to organize the community a little, especially with the new direction that is being made
Needless to say, we suck at telling stories and that’s why ETH/EVM DeFi is so far is just on-chain money recycled. No net normie users. As to answer your question, there are a ton of projects who have great product AND marketing/content teams. I will mention three where I also know people in Marketing: - Base - Solana - Pendle - Merit Circle Base had been a L2 homerun with their overall professionalism and people like Jesse who tell great stories. Then Pendle, Solana and Merit Circle; their have a growing user base and TVL/FDV multiple trades at a premium. ETH and ETH DeFi trades at huge discounts.
Fair point, but also those companies/projects have totally different fundamentals than Frax. Some of them are younger and also burn through a lot of their tokens sustaining that marketing activity, so it is not sustainable 🤷♂️
