Don’t tell me hbar foundation has given a grant to

Casper , does anyone know how much ? I’m a bit behind on the news ,but Casper graph looks like a rug pull. I really hope the hbar foundation knows what they are doing this time we have wasted enough money on other projects that have gone nowhere
