Not a fan of ETH, but they should make a

staking where the most UOS is.... just to make it convenient, And before you say say anything, read this:
you connect both metamask and ultra wallet on their staking platform. Those two wallets get "binded" together. All staking rewards are earned by ETH wallet, but claiming happens on UOS - how about that?

Unless Ultra becomes available on Ledger - Im holding UOS on eth for unforseable future

Ultimately, I hope everything can be done within the Ultra app, including removing the need for external Centralised exchanges. We need to build our own pools of liquidity on Ultra, which is why I’m eagerly awaiting the launch of the DEXs. But it does still beg the question, what are our options for off-ramping going to be? I’m yet to see any mention of off-ramping on the roadmaps. If I were a Web2 gamer dipping my toes into Web3, and I contemplate purchasing UOS with my credit card to participate in staking for example, then I think I would need assurance I have a reliable off-ramp to switch back to fiat in my bank. Maybe a question for a future AMA?

I dont think gamers will be staking UOS. Its ment for web3 users. Of course it would solve this issue if we can stake on both eth and uos

I wouldn’t begrudge having both options, but imo feeless staking on Ultra has to be the priority. While staking may seem a web3 thing now, I don’t see why we wouldn’t try to help bridge web2 gamers to what is a very simple and beneficial concept. Would be difficult on Ethereum, but should be easy on Ultra.

I do see your point, Ultra is all about ease of use. My grandma could probably be able to stake on ultra app 😀 What im hesitant about is transfering big bag UOS via exchange or bridge...

The entire goal for Ultra is to abstract the web3 elements. If new users in the future are asked to download a MetaMask wallet, buy ETH for gas, bridge UOS to Ethereum and then stake it on Ultra, we have entirely failed that mission.
