I think you think it was a bigger issue than it was because of all the stuff that exists now. The advocacy groups existed back then obviously but ironically the issue became a bigger talking point AFTER women gained the right to vote lol But you know what I think women should be able to vote (especially if they are in the workforce) , I just dont think society benefited in the way that they did it, it tore the family unit apart The only reason women even went into the workforce was because the financial system needed more output. Getting women into the workforce was an easy way to do that without immigration. Now you can see the same thing happening today, but instead of women, the new growth is fueled by immigration. The whole system is based on unsustainable population growth, the social issues are just byproducts of it all
Here’s the paradoxical element you’re not understanding. If I go around and start some movement “no one cares about”, no one will have heard of me in 100 years.
It wasn't until women started going into the workforce in the early late 1800s/ early 1900s where it became an issue. Getting women into the workforce was obviously needed to keep the financial system going and preventing collapse. So yeah when they are a part of the workforce and are contributing to society just like men thats why they deserved to vote
