im not in HR , I dont know the exact number. There has been some restructuring to prioritize our business first approach with launching AOM and using the tech we have built. Making Ultra lean and more efficient towards these goals.
I understand, but if @nighty9 or @davidhultra can explain. I think this one is really important for the community. We've often heard that 100 people work at ultra. But 100 people at 80-100% is not the same as 10 at 100% and 90 at 10% or on temporary assignments. If we're told, for example, that there are 10 permanent employees and 80 people on assignment, it's not a big deal. On the contrary, the community might be more understanding 😇
