Having a team of 16 people in a marketing department

is great . Them doing the bare minimum isnt great. I think they have pretty much free time if you ask me . I havent seen something in a year pushed in some otherway towards me rather by me specifically searching RLC and even so , there are not many news or something very relateble . At 16 people, you could focus one for every media channel EASILY ( one just for tiktok, one for public gatherings and conferences, etc , you get the idea ) . The headquarters should ask them daily for results and those results should be easily seen by anybody else at a simple google search. At this moment it feels like most of them are sleeping on a payroll ( what a dream job isnt it? ) .
