I'M not quite sure I get it... "Ultra EVM is an

entirely new blockchain running natively on the Ultra blockchain" and UOS is getting used as gas fee over there? To whom are those fees paid and for what?

so something new or the existing validators? What does that even mean to have 2 chains? Is there anything comparable or is this something only Ultra will have?
