It’s difficult to say with 100% certainty. While we can see which EL or CL clients nodes are running and assume their configs are up to date, there’s no direct way to check the configurations before the fork. Tools can show who is producing block types, but these reflect changes only after the fork. From Dappnode, we know how many devices have updated, as they fetch the latest configs automatically. Larger operators like Stakingverse and Universal Page have confirmed readiness, and some big players have verified their setups. Based on this, we estimate that the majority of the network (>67%) is prepared.
