PLS and ETH are coins, not networks. I assume you meant bridging from Pulsechain to Ethereum. You just use the bridge. You choose the coin you want to bridge - only you know which one is that.

What the admin said ^^. Why would you bridge to a less cost efficient chain, for purposes other than off ramping? Bridged stable coins are perhaps the most useful in that direction

more efficient to swap on PulseChain for WETH, then bridge. Otherwise you will need to pay silly ETH gas fees for a swap and potentially get hit by small liquidity pools of bridged pulsechain tokens. As Black Mamba said, you need some ETH to claim the bridge transaction on the Ethereum side

Around 10:1 last time I checked. You can bridge to pulsechain. You will need PLS for gas. If you had HEX at the time of the fork, you will have a copy on PulseChain
