vs 1 million would the x amount of coins change value ?
How else does the value of the coin change? If we are solely talking about external value, and not intrinsic value, which manifests itself in form of a price, then yes. Having 1mio dollars distributed to 200mio coins is obviously less than having 2mio distributed to 200mio coins. It's the same logic as if I had 20 people and loafs of bread and I have to distribute 10 loafs of bread to 20 people, in this case each person would get only 1/2 loaf of bread to satiate his hunger. But if I have 20 loafs of breads each gets 1, hence the hunger is better satiated.
That is a silly comparison. It's the amount of money you use to buy it that matters. You just buy more coins with the same amount. When, if you are silly enough to sell, the multiple remains the same. The demand is in US dollar value not Pirate Coins (yet)
