I need to talk to support, was trying to set

up a axie auction, and it was sold on the starting price (no increment at all) to a account full of banned axies, probably a bot. Could it be that I get any help?

It had no increment at all, like it was sold in the instant, the increment margin was huge, but stil, not even a dollar of increment. It was bought by a bot, and in my understanding, that shouldnt be allow.

Bots arent allowed but you set the price if you wanted it higher then you shoudlve set it higher?

0.006 to 10,000, but no increment at all, I wanted to let it there (with 0.06 in mind) so if it wasnt sold then I could keep using it with the new energy of today

And I get that it was a mistake from my end, but the fact that there was not even a 0.001 increment says that it was autobuyed by a bot, and since that shouldn't be allow, I would like it to be undone.

it had not even have a fraction of a second of increment, wich means a person couldnt have done it. clicking on it, going to a new page, clicking buy, accepting everything, internet conection being instant and not even 1 milisend delay on anything. and axies banned on that account, and i get if by design you couldt solve it, but at least see that people are using bots to exploit the marketplace, and even when all their axies are ban for boting, they still can do things like this

then if banned why let him keep on boting the marketplace to buy every mistake. I think this is worth looking into it, the link i sended was the axie in cuestion.
