a transaction issue need to escalate,I posted a message this morning and received lots of person pretending ot be admin or support, how to check which user is legit admin?

Yeah, pretending to be helping but turns out to be scammer. Had issue with transaction, lot approached to help and refers to validate wallet where it asks to enter private keys. Not got actual help but bunch of scammers
