Auctions happen as part of the liquidation process , it’s a discount applied to the sales of your collateral in exchange for repaying the mAsset you owe in your CDP. If you wish to bid on collateral at risk on mirror, you need to build your own tool to do so - there is no public interface at the moment

or you can claim using terradrops.io - but still the fee for claiming is the same (just a sum of fees). Many people don’t claim their airdrops because the tax is close to the value of the airdrops… And to do anything with those free tokens also costs gas so...
