a weeks of rewards confirmed but my balance has not increased.
Have my rewards gone elsewhere or do I need to do more steps to get them?

Haha, no, I blocked and reported them. Turns out my rewards had covered my transfer/conversion costs so the total was similar to what I originally had before I sent them from my Ledger, but I forgot about the fees etc.
