Not especially. Depends how early you get in and how quickly it goes through price discovery to parity. If you have $1000 and can get pHex at 10 cents, versus, hex at 40 cents. You end up with double the investment. So no as a general answer to your general answer it is context specific and there are always variables.

Everyone telling people to blindly buy hex is not taking into account other people's personal situation. It is not unanimously going to be better for every person.
