Hi guys! I have a question about my miner or

miners behavior in general. Does it take any time for a miner to get working after an antenna upgrade? I have changed to a 5.8 outdoor instead of a 4db bobcat indoor. Since then I am not really earning anything. If I start the discovery mode than I do see 77 hotspots instead of 48. So I assume, that the antenna is working and receiving data but I don't have any mining rewards since almost 24h. The bobcat is synced and is online. What is wrong here?

In the helium dxplorer I already see all the information set correctly. But you think it'll still need some time?

You are in a bad spot... in the inside of a valley with only 1 hotspot visible to you... You need to use a low dBi (< 4dBi) antenna to get signal over the hill/mountain. You got 58 Hotspots around you... That is plenty for your current situation. More will get you nothing since we are capped to 10 witnesses.

Wouldn’t you actually need a higher DBI signal if you wanted the radio waves to diffract over the hills in an effective manner?
