Hi guys im super confused. I went to hex safe.win

and watched the video on how to import your hex to your ledger. I have watched the video several times and I have for the life of me connect or do it properlluy. I entered my meta mask key into my ledger but then I went to stake my hex and it didnt ask for permission on my hex. Is anyone availble to help me?

Once you have done putting your seeds in your ledger. Install Metamask on your p.c again then you click the circle top right on your metamask wallet and scroll down too were you see Hard wallet then click it

I have to reinstall it? i didnt do that i just went and tried to connect... i dont get why in that video they say you should make a burner account

if your hex was on metamask before you imported seed phrase you can then use the ledger through any old or new metamask , if your hex was purchased and sent to the hardware device then you just add hardware device to metamask and switch to that account , you have to turn on use ledger live in meta mask settings , also if you imported metamask account to ledger an did not delete old account on netamask that account will still work as normal

If you don't take your meata mask off all your devices you are still at risk. Just create a new Metamask with new seeds and keep your old seed on a peace off paper in a safe place

before you delete anything " turn off metamask 1st , then seoerate turn on ledger live and make sure you can see all of you account coins , do not delete old mm untill you are 100% sure that all coins are visible to you inside ledger live , or it's gone
