Hello Helium community! I just received my bobcat 300

miners a couple of days ago and seem to have problems syncing them to the Helium blockchain. Does anyone know why they haven't synced after almost two days? Perhaps I'm missing something?

Ah, okay, I guess I might need a little more patience. Thanks for letting me know! Did you need to do anything other than wait? Also, one of my miners also indicates that is 'Relayed' in addition to still syncing. Do you happen to know what 'Relayed' means? Cheers!

Yes, you have to open port 44158 on your router! Then you will not be relayed anymore! Is important, to have better earnings!

Ah, okay, I guess I might need a little more patie...

I've set static ip for the miner and set for that ip port 44158 internal and external. Depends on what router you have. I've replaced the old router because i couldn't set up!

I'll need to do some research as I'm not sure how to do what you've mentioned. I don't actually use a router and have my miner connected directly to my internet providers modem via wifi. I may have to do something to the modem?

The modem is a modem/router if it had wifi that means it's a router because you have a gateway routing traffic for future reference
