I check the "Diagnostic Information" (via the IP Address 192.168.xxx.xx) it's not relayed anymore (Miner Relayed - False (coloured in Green)).
BUT in the Helium App it still shows that it is relayed and the "Discover Mode" does not work and show the error message that it could be because of the relayed status....
It was first also relayed via "Diagnostic Information" but I've done the "port forwarding" thing (TCP 44158). So it seems to have worked... 😃
And another strange thing is that if I check the miner via the "Diagnostic App" the shown IP Address is 0.0.0.0
Did someone of you had the same problem with a relayed miner?
Quite strange situation...
did you check using portchecker.co? when checking if a port is open you use your external address not your internal. (192.168.x.x is an internal address only internal devices can ping that ip)
Hey Kay, I checked now „portchecker.co“ and it shows „Port 44158 is open“. So the port is open and also the Diagnostic Information shows „Miner Relayed - False“. Therefore, it shouldn‘t be relayed anymore. The strange things are: 1. Helium app Diagnostic shows IP Adress 0.0.0.0 2. Helium app shows that my miner is still relayed
2. How long have you given it to update?
I opened the ports Yesterday evening. So 22-24 hours.
