The IDEX v3 Hybrid Liquidity Sandbox Environment is a full-scale, API-only testnet (no UI).

Market makers, arbitrageurs, data providers, and other API users can now sign up to access this environment and prepare for the IDEX v3 launch.

The environment includes token faucets, simulated trading activity and comprehensive documentation.

We are thrilled to announce that the IDEX v3 Sandbox Environment is now available on the Polygon Testnet. This is the first chance for everyone to access and test a first-of-its-kind hybrid liquidity decentralized exchange.

What does this mean?

API users and programmatic traders such as market makers, algorithmic traders, integration partners, and arbitrageurs can now access a testnet version of the IDEX v3 HL platform through industry-standard APIs. The IDEX v3 Sandbox Environment allows market participants to create, deploy, and test algorithmic applications in an environment that simulates the IDEX v3 mainnet deployment. This allows participants to integrate without putting any real funds at risk.


How does it work?

The IDEX v3 Sandbox Environment is a full-scale testnet solution accessible via an API. The sandbox supports all API endpoints, both REST and WebSocket, as well as trading features such as advanced order types.

AMM liquidity pools have been deployed and seeded with initial liquidity, allowing users to test and understand how pool liquidity impacts certain exchange functions. Furthermore, load generators simulate real trading and market making behavior allowing users to create accurate and reliable testing parameters.
