the tokens?
Historically though, OA protects hex price from pump and dumpers during BPD, it exists so that some form of centralized ownership can keep apy high by remaining unstaked. It could also decide to provide liquidity in the future for bridges to other chains (now a void idea due to pulsechain), and it also increases the velocity of price appreciation by sitting idle while still being counted as circ supply due to it having an owner and being acted upon by staking or unstaking yet never sold

HEX's price went up the fastest when its liquidity was the lowest. Bitcoin's price went up the fastest when its liquidity was lowest. Ethereum's price went up the fastest when its liquidity was the lowest.
Right - that’s what I told him but was curious as to whether or not it has pretty much served it’s purpose thus far. Do we have the address?
I believe there are addresses linked in @hexaudit
