I'm just gonna soft speculate because I am a software engineer - but because sooo many people use the app - and sooo many people are screaming at the team - that their implementation may have pegged a ton of people. Now, what our team would have to do - is assess pretty much each account to make a final decision - at 100k customers 35% were flagged and took 3 of us a week... - now imagine with 500k+ people and a percentage of that..

its stil scary as hell, for me who put all his money in it and tiem to trade and so on just on day lose all of it just like that. Its scary and we dotn even ge infomation why and when it will be fix. what if one lazy worker just put my account BOT catigory becasu he want go home faster or go on break and ilose everythign just liek that.
