kava token balance updates automatically with the kava tokens that exists in my trust wallet?
Yes, that's correct.
Thanks for answer! the problem is that also the trust wallet shows a balance of 0 kava tokens (but there exist balance if I scan my adress in the mintscan. There is something wrong then with trust wallet?
I think there is an accounting issue with staking. I had rewarded kava tokens staked and also kava tokens I purchased. When I tried to unstake the unrestricted ones I purchased, i received a blend of both vesting/restricted and unrestricted. So I undelegated all the tokens so that I could then restake the restricted ones. After unbonding they are all showing as vesting but delegable. My vesting amount has increased to equal the total
Both should still take 21 days right?
Can you please share your address with me and I can take a look at your address?
When undelegating tokens non-vesting tokens always undelegate first. If you had a mix of vesting and non-vesting undelegated in your wallet I am unsure which tokens get selected for delegating, it seems in your case the non-vesting tokens were delegated leaving the vesting tokens in your wallet. My method to avoid this is to supply all available kava to kava lend temporarily before performing the delegate tx, once done I withdraw those kava from kava lend
That is a good tip. By lending you effectively lock the available kava tokens leaving only the vesting ones to be delegated, correct?
I am pretty sure that it takes the vesting token first also when delegating...at least this is what I experienced personally
