is based on kavaswap prices or any other market prices?
It's based on oracle prices with some like 30 minute averaging. My numbers could be off.
Can u explain more with example bro?
Which part? The 30 minutes part is new with Prop #50 here https://www.mintscan.io/kava/proposals/50. Oracles are just way to get prices of tokens from third parties. If you look at price shown in Kava Lend it should be close to what you see on like coingecko.
So, time for arbitrage! Buy for 57K, sell for 60K
The KavaSwap price is price in USDX and not USD and with USDX trading at $0.95 there is no arbitrage opportunity
KavaSwap price is USDX and not USD so can't be compared directly
They are TWAP-30 price feeds from ChainLink (average price over the previous 30 minutes averaged over multiple exchanges where possible), a TWAP-720 price feed for USDX was recently added (averaged over 12 hours)
That's kind of my point though. Lend is based off prices from an oracle which I think aggregates multiple sources and Swap price is dynamic based off how swaps are going in pools. Original question was if Kava lend used price based off kava swap or other sources.
I was too quick off the mark and didn't notice you had posted it and was a reply
