LGCY?
Hi Jay, it’s planned for early November/End of October.
But as of now, the coins are on ERC20, rt? Will there be a shift to native chain before the staking or both the ERC and native chain (LRC20, is it?) will co exist?
Correct, still ERC20. LGCY will support both ERC and LRC. If you want to stake, then you'll need to swap to LRC.
Thank you! ✌We will lose a tonne of coins that way, unless bought off Uni....exchange to wallet, then likely some bridge to convert to LRC20 I assume (is it native provision or are we tied up with some other company for this?). So, from an exchange, its two rounds of loss before we can have coins in LRC...🤔 Anyways, matter is clear....I guess both prices will be aligned, rt?
It's an open market in terms of prices and that can't be controlled.
Wont it be an issue from investor POV if the same token (though difft networks) will have different price? On the exchange, I was saying to move it out from an exchange to a wallet, there will be some fee...then from wallet likely we have to do this bridging? Again, some ETH network fee....not sure of how the bridge gets accessed and whether we can make conversion from an exchnage or whether a wallet is necessary. I assumed, a transfer to wallet is necessary before bridge or conversion can be done...maybe I am mistaken here.
1) That's not unusual for there to be a difference and it's happened in crypto markets before. Some will see it as an arbitrage opportunity 2) Right, yes there will be fees if you're using exchanges. 3) There will be instructions and it will be straight forward. You don't have anything to worry about at this point. Simply wait for more details and instructions.
✌Perfect..thanks for your clear, patient answers.
