Is any admin around. It’s the second time I am

asking this question here (I have also tried the live help on the IDEX staking / node website). Any reason why the ETH credits calculations from the period that ended on Oct 11 are still pending? I don’t want to say that everybody is disappearing, but I find it strange I am not hearing anything from anybody. Thank you

There was not enough trade volume the last period for staking payouts. If we put in 0 we are not sure if it will cause problems so for now we're just not putting in a number. With the launch of HL volume will increase thanks to liquidity mining and we'll have payouts for stakers

Thank you for finally getting back to me. While I understand your predicament about putting 0, I feel it’s a bit dishonest to not actually say anything - particularly because running a node requires money for the server (even if it’s just a little bit of money). I feel your team does not understand that communication and being in front of potential issues (rather than putting out fires) is quite important in this industry.

No I am not. Thank you for letting me know. I completely understand the reason why no payout and that’s not what I had an issue with. The issue is that if it’s not proactively communicated by you then people tend to assume the worse and then that drives a negative image even further.
