@Admin @timtamothee There was a firmware upgrade yesterday that inhibited

our internet but it's working now since this morning yet my helium rak V2 is still offline ( says " needs attention") on both the app and on explorer so I'm not earning rewards.

What's weird is it's been changing all day. It was online on the app but not on explorer but now it says need attention again. Lol.

I unplugged it for several minutes and plugged it back in a few times and paired successfully and even the diagnostics on the explorer side said the inbound and outbound is working as both were checked with a green check mark.

The weirdest thing is it's also online via my internet provider as I spoke to them and they confirmed several times that the hotspot is online

When you re pair the Rak V2 miner does it have to move through all the steps again? Because in terms of syncing it's still said pending and I was already connected previously and it was working for almost 30 days now

Can anyone offer any advice?
