Hey @ecomi_rhys i understand the reason behind the Market Restrictions

affecting users but what I don't understand is why our collectibles are locked as well. To many users affected this makes it feel as if our investments in Veve are not truly ours when Veve can step in and lock them at anytime they please. Could you touch on this?

yeah sure, as you (may) have heard in our AMA last week we're working towards a resolution for this. A few people got caught in the net of a backend upgrade, and im guessing the collectibles being 'locked' is part of the restricted account paramaters. Same as the market access this should be rectified at the same time/when your account is re-enabled

So to touch on this, are the investment and money we poured into Veve truly in our control? At the moment, it seems that the many users affected by market restrictions feel as if they own the collectibles, but Veve controls them.
