rewards given by dapp builder? and what are the Pending rewards?

i think pending rewards is my block reward (4:1) that will be CLAIMED (claim, not pay, right?) manually by dapp developers.

Why are you claiming? let the dApps owner do this they will be the one to pay the gas fee to claim.
