Guys according to casper whale alert group, on 19 Oct

been undelegated more than 400M tokens, but according to casper website's stats shows only 4.46M being undelegated on that date. Any idea?

Those tokens are not hitting supply, because they are still locked. The move is from locked BitGo wallets to locked CoinList wallets. This is because some segment of team members and advisors are in a jurisdiction that CoinList could not support until now.
