hey. I have Solana staked in Phantom. I cant unstake coz it says i didnt leave a small amount of Sol to do that. Im trying to send some tokens from ETH network or Fantom Network and bridge to Solana so I convert to Sol and unstake. But APYSWAP (allbridge) says I dont have any Sol to receive the transaction . Im stuck. Any idea what I can do ?

You can buy SOL to pay the fees! Check coinmarketcap to see where sol is listed!

thank you fren for your wisdom, obviesly I do know Cex exchange are there. I dont use them . I only use DEX . for many reasons. If you are the future of blockchain and the killer of ETH than tell me what to do when Im stuck like this ? for example Fantom have a bot on Discord and you can automatically receive small amount of FTM if you have similar situation , anything like this in Solana ?

so , I cant unstake, not enought Sol, I cant bridge any token coz ...not enough Sol left in Phantom, I dont use CEX , I closed my accounts on Binance , Bittrex and FTX, so I cant just go to exchange buy it and send to my wallet,

Yes you will need some SOL for any transaction on Solana network.

Hello 👋 There is no free way available to get SOL! Solana has its native blockchain. SOL is the native token of the Solana blockchain. You can't buy using metamask! It's not Erc20 or Bep20 token. Thank you so much!

there’s Allbridge and wormhole . . . But they wrap the assets differently…and it seems there’s not much liquidity for cross over assets that you can bridge like USDC…then buy SOL…i tried pretty hard the other night…with no luck
