The restricted users apologising for them losing money ? This is absolutely appalling this is not how you treat your users who have supported you since March most of them. You don’t take their money and then when something goes wrong just ignore them. There are people who have thousands of dollars tied up in collectibles that cannot even make the decision to sell and leave Veve you cannot just unsubscribe you have to contact support to ask to leave which is what I have done and guess what I didn’t get a reply from my support ticket. I can’t even get unrestricted to sell my stuff in the market and leave ? How can the consumer have no say in how the things that they have purchased the company has an obligation to the users.

Hi mate. I can see the fire burning in you. I know how frustrating this is, but we have to wait. Terms of use have been agreed, so the team have moral, not legal obligation to us. Be patient and you might get compensated for the inconvenience. You never know...
