ticket I’ve done this twice and 1 answer saying wait , soon etc. when is someone from the company take ownership of this problem they are quick enough to o get on the AMAs when they want to generate hype for people to spend their money well when are they going g to address. The restricted users apologising for them losing money ? This is absolutely appalling this is not how you treat your users who have supported you since March most of them. You don’t take their money and then when something goes wrong just ignore them. There are people who have thousands of dollars tied up in collectibles that cannot even make the decision to sell and leave Veve you cannot just unsubscribe you have to contact support to ask to leave which is what I have done and guess what I didn’t get a reply from my support ticket. I can’t even get unrestricted to sell my stuff in the market and leave ? How can the consumer have no say in how the things that they have purchased the company has an obligation to the users.
