a different recieving address than the contributing address?
Reason is, I would like to use parity signer to contribute, but then I do not know how long it would take to have this (if ever) work for rewarded tokens.
I see this as something more and more important for securing the growing/bigger DOT investment into the Parachain auctions.
Any thoughts on this?
No.
But does no one thin of it as unsecure to be one able to invest through a hot wallet? . Invest 2.5K into 11 slots .. 27.K just in a hot wallet? 😪
If you keep your polkadot.js seed safe and not go to phishing sites, it would be safe.
True, but still a hot wallet. And thus someone hack your computer can export your private key and then try to hack your password ... Or transfer funds out. Simply not as bullet proof as a hard wallet
