I could easily be wrong, but that was just my speculation. Why would that make them not a digibyte centered company if their products and services are based off the digibyte blockchain utilities?

Pretty much is. Of course can build it if not. Using someone else just proves you don't value DigiByte or don't think it can succeed. Of course this is just rumor anyways no reason to think they would do that to DigiByte

There may be smaller markets but if there claim is to be DigiByte centered they should be helping to build. ICOs are sketchy enough let alone doing it on a competing chain. I will hope they wouldn't do that but if they did I would definitely lose all faith in them and call them what they are "Money hungry people using DigiByte's name for there own ends with no real care for DigiByte." *Please note above only applies if the rumor is true. I am not stating it at this time.

I wouldn’t necessarily call them money hungry when technically they have to be as a company. I don’t think this issuance of a token is a bad thing for digibyte. Basically sounds like it will be used for the purposes of any other token all exchanges and most blockchain companies use their own token to raise money and use for applications on their services. At the end of the day their products and services will get digibyte out there

Based off LCX’s live AMA this morning where they would not directly comment on this, it sounds like LCX is offering their ability to create securities for companies. Strictly my opinion, but I would think DigiCorp is offering a security token to raise money for an ico. This I think would allow them to build more for their products and services based around the Digibyte blockchain. But only time will tell. @RudyBouwman are you able to comment on this?
