way in which we can designate beneficiaries to HEX in case if something happens to me? At least my money will be in the hands of my loved ones similar to a bank or trust.

With staker app your stakes will run from a Gnosis smart wallet with Multisig. Later on you can add owners to your stakes, you can sell them, you can have multi access to them.

There is no real waitlist. Just download the app. But when you activate your smart wallet it takes up to 24 hours to create that Gnosis smart wallet. The cool thing is, that it normally costs $100 to have a Gnosis wallet but staker is paying most fees and it costs only $10

How long has it been pending for? If it is in metamask the best is to override it with a new transaction but chosing the same Nonce

Well not as an If then Else scenario. But you could provide access whilst you are still alive and well. You can have things like 2 out of 3 are allowed to sign transactions or change owners etc.

For if then else, you probably need a lawyer who will distribute access as part of your will.

Yes. And he has access to the staked hex too. That is the beauty about staker app. Most people dont know it yet but this multisig feature will be super handy 15 years down the track. Even you feel your wallet access is not safe anymore, just change it.

that's virtually amazing. If I understand it correctly the more HEX investors we get and the more the stake (they dont sell too quickly) the more it will jack up the price of HEX

It is the wallet that receives the "benefits". All you have to do is make sure that the people that you wish to receive your legacy get access to your seed phrase, keys and information on how to view and access the funds in the wallet. This applies to any type of crypto. I strongly suggest that the information is written down and then digitally encrypted with a very strong password. The password or password hint and the digitally encypted data can then be made available to your beneficiaries upon your passing. A failsafe hint that has meaning only to your beneficiaries can lead them to rebuilding the password.
