I think the limit for crowdloan would be 20M DOT.. it would be insane if 1 project could lock up 1B dollar value of DOT In moonriver, they are doing experiment by set the limit 1M KSM but only got 207K KSM to win slot 2. Based on that case maybe they would set the limit for GLMR, 20M DOT

the article says that all contribution in the first two days will be counted in the auction. all contributions no matter what day will receive GLMR rewards (they just might not be counted in the auction so best to contribute within the first two days)
