Hi all! Hope you are doing well!! Here is a

quick update for all of you. 

We have a lot of momentum heading into Q4. Product is ready for the big time! The SKALE IMA upgrade was successfully completed. The first dApp using IMA will go live this month! 

I've been less active on Telegram lately as I've been very, very busy creating traction behind the scenes for the network. I've been working non-stop with our BD and Solutions Engineering team to help close large deals and partnerships. We've also been hiring and are growing the BD and marketing efforts on the core team. We now have ~30 FTE on the core team and will hire a handful more people through the course of the year. To achieve our goals we'll need top performance from each person in addition to continued efforts from the open source contributors, validator operators, dapp partners, and the broader community. I can assure all of you that each person is giving it their absolute best effort every day. We have very big goals and ambitions for Q4 and beyond. This month will mark a major milestone in the history of this Network. 

Now for the update...

We will be launching "SKALE NFT Week" the latter half of October. We will announce major NFT partnerships across a number of categories including gaming, art, social media, DeFi, Metaverse, e-Sports, Sports, music, and more. As a reminder SKALE is a phenomenal fit for NFTs as minting is free and images/videos can be stored directly on chain guaranteeing immutability of the asset. This is a huge advantage for SKALE as this type of functionality does not live in any single blockchain. To achieve similar results devs must tie together a number of disparate systems which creates complexity, higher costs, and security/immutability risk. 

We will also be launching the first DeFi partnerships to go live on Mainnet. Last steps in the process are finalizing the Multi-sig controls for defi projects and Oracle integration. Once both of those items are complete there will be an AMM, stable coin swap and more going live on SKALE. Get ready!! 

Many of you may have also seen that the network had its third major unlock on Oct 1st. It was amazing to see the commitment from token holders to staking in the network. Supply increased from 1.27BN to 2.11BN without major drop offs. The stake rate is still phenomenally high which is a sign of a healthy, stable, and secure network.

-I'll be speaking at the ConsenSys "NFTs & The Metaverse: Ready for take-off?" webinar Tuesday, October 12th 7AM Pacific.  Get an insightful overview of the NFT Market and the roles and interests of the different stakeholders from builders to artists to sports organizations.  
-Stan our CTO will be speaking at TOKEN 2049 in London on a panel addressing, "Scaling Blockchains Towards Mass Adoption", Thursday October 7, 3:35 PM - 4:25 PM GMT
-I'm doing an AMA with Braintrust's CEO Adam Jackson as part of the "CryptoIRL" series this Thursday Oct 7 at 10 AM PT. Add to your calendar here: https://lu.ma/irlcryptoapps. Braintrust is a SKALE partner. They recently saw the successful launch of their own token $BRTST already available on Coinbase. 
-I'll be recording numerous podcasts both on the SKALE BlockInsider series and joining a number of well known industry podcasts this month to speak about SKALE NFT Month.
