Hi. I’m brand new to the group. Isabel purchased some

CSPR on an exchanged and transferred it to the signer wallet. I just tried to move a little back to the exchange as a test.. the wallet(signer) tells me it was successfully sent but my balance is unaffected and the transfer does not happen. Is this a known issue? Where is the best place to find help for this matter? Thanks in advance 🙏

Users are able to transfer CSPR without any issue.. Conditions for transfer vary. If transfer ID is required, so try using ‘0’ and with a small amount at first

I’ll give that a try, thanks. The signer wallet keeps timing out too. I change the timeout setting but nothing happens

So I just registered with another exchange that trades CSPR. I then tried to send some tokens to the exchanges deposit address (above the min req).. and the same thing happened. The Singer wallet took me through the process.. I approved the transfer.. the wallet told me it was successful. Then my balance is the same and nothing happened 😓. Where can I go from here? How is this not a known issue I wonder
