Question

So if we toss out marketcap as a metric... what

do we replace it with? What other metric will tell us where Hex stacks up against other cryptos? Would it be daily volume? That makes logical sense to me.

HEX's price went up the fastest when its liquidity was the lowest. Bitcoin's price went up the fastest when its liquidity was lowest. Ethereum's price went up the fastest when its liquidity was the lowest.

That's helpful yeah, but most other cryptos can't stake. So we need something that they all have in common. That's why I'm thinking daily trading volume in $ dollars

How? You could just take like the top 30 exchanges and average it
