If we win the 1st slot, the last date is the day we win. If we win the 2nd slot, the last date is the day we win. If we win the 3rd slot, the last date is the day we win. Do we know the future? We don't. So I can't tell you when is the last date.

Does the DOT loaned to Astar carry forward to the next auction slot if Acala wins this slot? I don't want to contribute if it gets refunded in December and therefore I would still have to crowdloan a new set of DOT to get into the winning Astar auction and get token rewards.

Carry forward to the next slot. If Astar do not win any of the first five slots (Batch 1 auction), then the DOT will be refunded.
