this is misleading - thats assuming the 100m DOT cap will be reached. The context here is that all projects will have to submit a cap when they register the crowdloan - it’s mandatory. However the moonbeam foundation set 100m DOT as the cap as an arbitrarily high number which will be practically unreachable in order to comply with this rule. The same was done for the Moonriver crowdloan. So yes in theory the cap is 100m DOT, but in practice since it's unreachable it will be as if there was no cap. So the rewards will just depend on how much DOT is raised - it's a dynamic number that gets updated as more people contribute - but 1 GLMR per DOT is not true and that will not be the case.
