20 Gems (my first and only purchase so far) on September 30th. They are not showing up on my Veve app.
I have my Google Pay email receipt.
I went to the website to open a support case by clicking on Contact Us. I then go through the automated questions to try to open a case and when I click to open a support case it tells me to open a support case from the Contact Us section of the website!!! Which I just did... it's an infinite loop and I can't believe that I am the only one to pick it up!
Do the support guys just not want any more work?
How do I get any help???

Thanks for the help, but I'm hyper concerned about clicking links and reading support messages here... solution I'd for Veve to allow me to open a support case from the official website.
