How can we help please?
Hi I need some help... my Gems have disappeared... I purchased 20 Gems (my first and only purchase so far) on September 30th. They are not showing up on my Veve app. I have my Google Pay email receipt. I went to the website to open a support case by clicking on Contact Us. I then go through the automated questions to try to open a case and when I click to open a support case it tells me to open a support case from the Contact Us section of the website!!! Which I just did... it's an infinite loop and I can't believe that I am the only one to pick it up! Do the support guys just not want any more work? How do I get any help??? Thanks.
I only want to lodge an official help ticket on the official website... too many scammers offering to help. The infinite loop needs to be fixed.

I can't find the email on the website... I am mega protective against scams. I just can't believe that this infinite loop exists and it wasn't intentional... like for an App as awesome as Veve it's not a good look. I can't help but think that it's a lazy support team or something.
You can google veve support and it will show link there too.
I have tried this multiple times... the chat bot closes the chat each time and tells me to open a case on the contact us section of the website. I follow the instructions and then it does the same thing. Hence the infinite loop.
