The problem is we don't know what ETH will cost in 5 years for example. https://hexnoob.com/end-stake-calculator says unstaking will cost 0.675902 ETH for a 10 years stake. what if 1 ETH will cost 150000$ in 10 years ?

i mean, for all you know gas will cost you $5000 tomorrow or .50 in five years. there's not much point in paying attention to it unless you're at stake end
