No, the snap shot can happen any moment till the auction is finished. But you shouldn't think about winning. Think about your investment and ROI. Next year everyone will not even remeu about this race. ( And Parallel will eat ACAs lunch) some hate involved. I admit.

The auction started on 13. The snapshot may have been taken already. Or It it might not have yet. We will only know retrospectively after the auction finishes.
